How to Setup Custom Background in Microsoft Teams?
As you might already know, Microsoft Teams does not officially allow us to use custom images as meeting backgrounds. But as mentioned earlier, there is a small trick that you can use to set a custom background. Here is how to do it. See how to do it in Windows and macOS.
Change Teams Background in Windows
Go to Windows installation drive > Users > (Your Username) > AppData > Roaming > Microsoft > Teams > Backgrounds > Uploads Copy the images to the upload folder.
Change Teams Background in macOS
Go to Users > (Your Username) > Library > Application > Support > Microsoft > Teams > Backgrounds> Uploads Copy the images to the upload folder. Now if you go to Background Settings in Microsoft Teams, you will be able to find the newly added images there. Just click on the image and set it as Microsoft Teams Meeting Background.
